1. The Agreement
By placing an order with Pepapackers, you agree to these terms. Basically, we agree to print high-quality labels for you, and you agree to pay for them and provide us with the correct artwork.
2. Your Artwork
You are responsible for the spelling, grammar, and quality of the images you upload. We check for printability (like resolution), but we won't rewrite your tagline. If you upload a low-res image, we will flag it, but the final decision is yours.
3. Payments & Refunds
Since every label is custom-made for your specific event, we cannot offer returns once production has started. If *we* mess up (e.g., the ink smears or the cut is wrong), we will reprint it for free immediately.
4. Delivery Times
We aim to deliver on the date quoted. However, shipping companies (couriers) sometimes have delays. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to be safe. We are not liable for a missed event if the courier is delayed by force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
5. Rights to Use
You warrant that you own the logos you upload. Please don't upload Disney characters or Nike logos unless you are Disney or Nike. We respect intellectual property.
